Based on the analysis of different typologies of networks of digital dynamization centers of the State, different elements of success are collected and 15 challenges are proposed for addressing the digital divide from these spaces, not only in the short term in the face of the digital emergency that the Covid-19 pandemic has made more evident, but also in the medium and long term.

The study points out some of the impacts of the coronavirus crisis, for example the need for users to carry out telematic procedures with the public administration, the appearance of new demands for personalized attention or the increase in people requesting the services of the digital dynamization centers.

15 challenges to address digital inequalities

The report identifies four major blocks of challenges that bring together the 15 challenges to address digital inequalities from digital dynamization centers:

Block 2: Challenges for the scope and diversification of user groups

Block 3: Challenges of acknowledgment

9. A benchmark for citizens in digital transformation processes.

10. Social and political acknowledgment of the work of the digital revitalization centers.

Block 4: Organizational and sustainability challenges

11. Networking and feeling of belonging.

12. Strategic planning.

13. Sustainability.

14. Professional recognition.

15. Translation of global challenges to local ones.
