Digital social innovation helps us to turn information and communication technologies into transversal work tools with the aim of improving the ICT social environment, promoting citizen collaboration in our territories and facilitating the connection between citizens and local agents.
We spoke with Mercè Fort from the SmartCentre in Santa Bárbara and Esther Gibert from Punto TIC Palau who explained to us how they understand and practice digital social innovation at their points.
