L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, which currently has the Punt TIC La Florida - Les Planes, which is located at Plaça Blocs Florida number 15 in the town of L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, and the TIC Truck, a traveling support project digital located in a recycled maritime transport container, which is located in Plaça de les Germanes Ocaña in the neighborhood of Collblanc, finalizes the final details of the 'MercaTIC' initiative. The project, which will be launched during the month of February, will consist of the revitalization of digital support points at three municipal markets in the town: the Center Market, the Santa Eulàlia Market and the Bellvitge Market. The Sargim Foundation, managing body of the Punt TIC La Florida - Les Planes and the TIC Truck, has been working on the 'MercaTIC' initiative over the last twelve months with the collaboration of the Mobile World Capital Foundation and with the support of the City Council of L'Hospitalet de Llobregat. Specifically, the new digital support points will have the dynamism of eight young people in a vulnerable situation, who will receive digital training during the month of January. Also, digital training will be offered to people who work in the municipal markets and the offer of training pills will be strengthened with the aim of moving towards the full digital training of the residents of L'Hospitalet de Llobregat. So, in 2024, the Sargim Foundation aims to support 15,000 people in online procedures and management and to increase the follow-up of training actions up to 1,500 participants.
