Next Monday, July 21, the ICT Point of the Municipal Employment Service of the Girona City Council , located at Narcís Xifra i Masmitjà Street, number 43, in the town of Girona, will be promoting a new free training proposal. This time, the session will focus on getting the most out of digital tools with the aim of facilitating the day-to-day lives, both personally and professionally, of the participants, training them for the digital age and promoting their autonomy. Therefore, the new ICT capsule will last two hours and will take place from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. In this sense, the main contents of the session will be the creation and secure configuration of the Google account, management of Gmail email (labels, filters and categories) and storage of documents in shared folders on Google Drive and access from any digital device (computer, tablet and mobile phone). The new ICT capsule will be held at the ICT Point facilities of the Municipal Employment Service of Girona City Council and will be run by Alejandro García, a technician at the Punt de Feina, a job guidance and support service designed for citizens.
