Next Thursday, October 30, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., the Sant Agustí Convent Civic Center will host a conference on how technologies affect the mental, emotional and social health of families at risk of social exclusion.

The Casal dels Infants , the Eines cooperative, the MakerConvent digital experimentation and manufacturing laboratory and the Félix Llobet Nicolau Foundation will promote the conference 'Digital well-being in vulnerable environments'. Aimed at teachers and professionals in the digital field and socio-educational intervention, the conference will feature experts in artificial intelligence, video games and social networks to explore challenges, opportunities and strategies to promote a more conscious and healthier use of technologies, such as Xavier Rossell, a teacher expert in artificial intelligence in the classroom, Daniel Velasco Sánchez, a teacher expert in social networks and digital leisure, and Jordi Riera, an expert in video games. The meeting, which will have a participatory space to collect contributions, doubts and reflections, will be organized next Thursday, October 30, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the Convent de Sant Agustí Civic Center, located at Carrer del Comerç, number 36, in the city of Barcelona.
