The Punt TIC de Can Muntanyola will participate in a conference on digital well-being designed for entrepreneurs, self-employed people and freelancers. Next Wednesday, November 19, from 9 am to 12 pm, the Punt TIC facilities, located at Camí del Mig, number 22, in the Palou Nord industrial estate, in the town of Granollers, will host a meeting to improve customer acquisition, organize daily operations and reduce digital noise. The conference will feature the inaugural lecture 'Digital Well-being: Put Technology to Your Advantage' by Antoni Baena, director of the university master's degree in digital health at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, a round table with Elisabet Bach, president of PIMEC Autònoms, Eduard Alcaraz, organizational well-being consultant and CEO of FeliciCat, and Rosaura Alastruey, expert in LinkedIn and networking and founder of Proyectos TIC, and a guided dynamic with thematic tables to detect customers, partners and collaborators. The first thematic table will aim to close contacts and actions and the second thematic table will aim to adopt small habits to regain focus and reduce interruptions in front of screens. Finally, a collection of resources and a follow-up proposal will be made.
