Disruptive innovation will affect all traditional and technological sectors in the next 10 years. Also, to people who provide their services professionals. For this reason, in this formative capsule, they will explore new business models that can emerge around the legal world.
General objective: Obtain attendees to understand what is Disruptive Innovation (ID), how to deal with this phenomenon, search ID for growth capacity.
Specific objectives:
- Introduce the keys and differences between ID and conventional innovation.
- Connect with the creative potential of the participants to look for the ID.
- Show methods of generation and selection of innovative ideas.
- Show techniques to design and analyze a business plan.
