This November, the Unitary Platform against Gender Violence will organize a new edition of the Forum against Gender Violence. The meeting will be held on November 6, 7 and 8 at the Espai Francesca Bonnemaison, located at Sant Pere Més Baix Street, number 7, in the city of Barcelona. This year, the XXI Forum against Gender Violence will focus on children at risk and silenced gender violence. There will be round tables, conversations, workshops and many more activities that will encourage moments to train, debate and share action strategies. Specifically, next Thursday, November 6, from 10 am to 1 pm and from 3 pm to 6 pm, a transversal activity will be promoted by FemBloc. Under the title 'FemBloc Clinic', the proposal will offer specialized, in-person and free support to deal with digital violence. Several experts will accompany individuals or groups who have suffered digital gender violence individually and over the course of sixty minutes. Thus, devices and accounts will be reviewed to detect vulnerabilities and provide safe and personalized solutions. To access the initiative, from FemBloc, we ask that you request a prior appointment at this online link. We will also focus on the creation of platforms such as the Observatory of Institutional Gender Violence, on the rise of the far right and on occupation, war and colonialism. The XXI Forum against Gender Violence will be a space for denunciation and mutual solidarity.
