With the help of Barcelona Activa , the Ciutat Vella District of Barcelona City Council has promoted the development of a guide that includes the digital resources available in the Raval, Gòtic, Sant Pere, Santa Caterina i la Ribera and Barceloneta neighbourhoods. The publication brings together a very diverse range of services adapted to the needs of different groups, such as libraries, senior citizens' centres, social organisations or specialised services. These offer training in digital skills, job guidance, support with online administrative procedures, support in job searches, free access to the Internet, transfer and loan of digital devices or personalised advice. The guide also includes specific programmes for young people, women, migrants, refugees and the elderly. Therefore, the guide aims to make known the existing resources and the training and employment offer linked to digital skills, as well as to contribute to improving people's digital autonomy and becoming a useful tool for professionals.
